Our client had 2 bathrooms that needed renovated. We all know how much work and planning goes into one bathroom, so coordinating 2 of them can be overwhelming for a customer. This is where we like to step in and coordinate the project to expedite the process for our clients. Working hand in hand, we were able to deliver a product that nailed our clients desires.
The full bathroom being utilized mainly by the kiddos remained the main focal point of the renovation. This room changed dramatically. While the pictures show a fairly standard layout, it did not start like this. Where the vanity now sits used to be a single vanity and a bulky, built in linen closet. The wall on the right side of the tub once had a 2nd doorway leading to another bedroom. This entry wall was deleted and framed in to create a more private setting.
In an effort to gain move sink space, the linen cabinet was deleted to create room for a double vanity. The space became the perfect space for the kids to get ready in the morning. The next bathroom to tackle was the half bath on the first floor right off of the foyer, so adding a little pizzazz was the name of the game.
ON TO THE NEXT!
A smaller space can still be a beautiful bathroom. In addition to replacing the fixtures, our client added some character to the bathroom by adding a ship lap style wainscot to the walls. To really set it off, a hexagon tile floor was incorporated to add a touch of class. All of the products worked together perfectly, and delivered a great, functional space for guests to use.
