Welcome back to another A+ Home Improvements’ project! As we push through the bitter cold of winter, we consider ourselves blessed that our community is keeping us extremely busy. Our next project consisted of 2 bathroom renovations for a repeat client. We completed projects for this client in the past, But this next one provided a larger scope of work. The homeowner desired to update their guest bathroom along with a complete renovation of their master bathroom. While they of course wanted them to both look great, they decided to put a little extra into their own personal bathroom space.
Guest Bathroom:
For the guest bathroom , we selected perfect, yet simple, products. We installed and easy to clean tub enclosure, updated the vanity and fixtures, and paired it with the perfect luxury vinyl plank floor to pull it all together. Take a look:
This shows that you can have a beautiful bathroom space without breaking the bank! The clean gray and white look provides an elegant feel while also providing a cost friendly update. For the master bathroom, our client wanted to apply a similar color scheme, but desired a tiled walk in shower. Let’s take a look:
Master Bathroom:
You will notice that the layouts of the bathrooms are similar. For the master bathroom, however, our client wanted to add their own personal touch with the tile shower enclosure. They opted to install a clean, white tile shower surround while incorporating a vibrant accent tile at the rear of the niches and as a waterfall accent feature. The vanity color and flooring selection remained similar, providing some continuity between the two spaces. Our clients loved the results and were anxious to put the new bathrooms to use.
