A bathroom overhaul often consists of moving utilities and totally reinventing the space. In this instance, however, our client already liked the layout of the bathroom. The goal entailed updating the space since it had been untouched for decades. We went to work picking products that would achieve that goal while maintaining the familiarity of the space that our client enjoyed.
Out with the old, in with the new!
We have all seen the 4×4 pink, purple, gold and blue tiled bathrooms of yesteryear, right? Our client desired to update this dated look in favor of contemporary, yet simple, products to recreate the space. We installed a tile shower with a pretty accent inlay, and pulled the tub location together by installing the same subway tile as a splash. By installing the recessed niche near the tub, the client was provided with an easy place to set their toiletries. The double vanity with the white under mount sinks paired perfectly with the white subway tile. The space turned out to be exactly what our client was looking for, and we were excited to be afforded the opportunity to make their dream a reality!
