A+ Home Improvements keeps tackling projects, and our next client tasked us with a custom master bathroom! The current space provide a large area to work with. While the existing bathroom provided the needed amenities, our client desired to update the space and infuse their own personal style. The shower enclosure provided a unique wrinkle due to the location and size, but we worked diligently with the homeowner to come up with the perfect plan of attack. After methodically selecting products, we geared up to start the renovation. Let’s take a look at what we started with:
Among the list of “needed” items, our client longed to have the bulky roman tub replaced with a free-standing tub. While the new unit basically occupied the same foot print, the sleek new tub provided a much more open feel to the alcove. Another issue involved the toilet room. To provide some privacy, we installed a door in place of the open void to create a separate space. The shower enclosure at the right of the tub area had begun to shows signs of age, and our client wanted to install a tiled walk-in shower that reflected their own personal tastes. We also replaced the tile flooring with a large format tile that was far better suited to the length of the room. To finish up, we replace the vanities and fixtures to pull the rest of the renovation together. Take a look:
