This client’s front porch needed totally replaced. We have all seen a concrete porch slab that has cracked and is sinking. The original concrete front porch had begun to sink over time. This created not only a tripping hazard, but also a visual mess!
After reviewing options, our client decided to replace the concrete slab with a deck style porch, and the difference was amazing. We replaced the posts and wrapped them in cedar, which provided a great look to the new space. We understand that a front porch provides the main access to a home. With this in mind, we threw enough man power at this project to ensure that we had it knocked out in 2 days. While a porch may not be the most glamorous project that a home owner can undertake, it does create an instant wow factor when someone pulls up to your home.
