Welcome back to another A+ Home Improvements’ project! We are still chipping away at the projects on our plate, and our next client desired a gray bathroom. The existing shower enclosure contained a window in the center, and the size of the window prohibited the amount of storage that could be incorporated into the surround. Since the bathroom already contained an exhaust fan, we opted to delete the window and frame in the opening. Other aspects of the project included converting the tub into a walk in shower, while also replacing the flooring and fixtures throughout the space. Let’s see what we started with:
While functional, the bathroom left much to be desired. The original tile installation was a DIY job and needed to be corrected. Our client wanted to switch over from earth tones to a gray bathroom, and the products selected worked perfectly! In place of the window, we installed a shampoo niche to provide some much needed storage. We also minimized the size of the mirror and light bar to create a more open feel for the bathroom. The project turned out beautifully:
