After obtaining the proper permits, we ordered our materials and got our client on the schedule. Where the deck now sits used to be a concrete patio. We extracted this and built the new deck in its place. Talk about a transformation!! This deck proved to provide exactly what our client needed. The clean lines and sheer size of this structure really makes it stand out. By adding additional framing, the deck accommodated the extra weight of the hot tub perfectly. We added a gate with spring loaded hinges as well to make sure that access to the deck remained controlled. The space ended up being exactly what our client was looking for.
