Welcome back to another A+ Home Improvements’ project! Bathrooms come in all shapes and sizes, and sometimes they need to be reconfigured. Our next client is someone who has given us the opportunity to work on several projects. For this one, we needed to update the bathroom to make it functional. As you see in the picture below, the bathroom shower consisted of a small alcove that afforded little room to maneuver. They desired to put in a larger shower along with a new vanity and fixtures. We went over the game plan and geared up to tackle a quick bathroom renovation. Look at what we started with:
It is hard to tell, but the first picture is actually the little shower on the left. We deleted the existing shower and reframed it to accommodate a standard 60 inch unit. With that completed, we installed a simple, easy to clean shower enclosure with updated fixtures. We also changed the double vanity over to a single vanity with a linen cabinet for some additional storage. After the new fixtures and flooring went in, the bathroom was ready to go. Take a look:
This just goes to show that not all projects need to be huge. The new space perfectly fit our client’s lifestyle, and we were grateful to be a part of the change.
