We are excited to show off this awesome basement renovation! When we met with this client, they had a general idea of what they wanted to see. Unfortunately, they had been getting numerous opinions from other contractors that didn’t make a lot of sense. They even had one contractor tell them they could take out a main support pole in the basement without putting anything back in place. Yes, there are contractors out there that will say anything just to make it a dollar. The existing space was a simple, wide open plan with an underused kitchenette. Take a look at what we started with:

Pretty standard layout that exists in many homes. To help roughly visualize the concept, we taped rudimentary lines on the floor to show where walls would be going in. The main goals for our client consisted of a master bathroom to replace the existing kitchenette area, a master suite with a walk in closet, and a small theater area. Also, they desired a little bar area as well. The goal was to create a new master suite while still maintaining a separate area for entertaining. We worked hand in hand with the homeowner to select the perfect products, and came up with a killer game plan to knock this project out of the park. Take a look at the results:
Perfection!!

Freaking SWEET, right?! The new master suite was absolutely huge!!! We designed and installed a fabulous master bathroom fully furnished with a free standing tub, shower and gorgeous vanity. The new bar and entertaining area also left ample room for a pool table and games. An awesome facet of the renovation consisted of the theater area. When you look at the theater area and bar location, you wouldn’t even realize that there’s a full master suite right off of it. To avoid guest from intruding into their oasis, we made sure to include a half bath for all visitors to use. The final piece of the renovation consisted of the stairs. We ripped out the old carpet and installed matching laminate treads and risers. Take a look:

Another key feature of the renovation was an egress window. Without proper egress, a basement cannot be considered a living space. We installed a new egress window to provide safety for the awesome basement renovation. Our team designed a perfect layout that our clients absolutely loved, but the major players were the workers that pulled the project together. We have an absolutely amazing team of installers that pour their heart and soul into each project. Do you have a basement that you want to turn into your dream living space? Give us a call to get your project started today – we look forward to hearing from you!
