Our next client desperately needed a deck floor replacement. The bonus for our client was that the deck frame itself remained in good shape. The rest of their back yard aged better than the deck floor, so the patio and other objects still stood strong. We met with the homeowner and provided a quote for the deck floor replacement, then geared up to knock it out of the park.
While not a huge project, the results spoke for themselves. The old deck boards had begun to splinter and warp, producing an uneven surface. The fact that the deck frame itself remained in good shape allowed our client to tackle this project for a fraction of the cost of a totally new deck. Decks are an extremely popular fixture in back yards across our community, and provide a great place for family and friends to gather.
