Hey everybody! A+ Home Improvements is back at it again. This time around we are helping breathe new life into an old, dated bathroom. While the space was still functional, our client desired to make some changes to provide a master bathroom upgrade. The old jetted tub needed to go, and the shower needed to be enlarged to make it more enjoyable. Updating the vanity, flooring and fixtures also needed to be completed. We worked with the client during the product selection process, and nailed down the new layout. After everything was lined up, we started ripping out the old fixtures. Take a look at what we were dealing with:
The old shower surround presented problems with keeping clean. The small jetted tub wasted space with the bump out ledge framed on the left side. A stick framed linen closet divided the room and stood out like an eye-sore. All in all, we definitely needed to provide a master bathroom upgrade! We enlarged the shower to create more space, and still had ample room to install a stylish free standing tub. Tile was installed for the shower surround, along with two niches with accent tile at the rear of them. We installed a new vanity with a matching linen cabinet, as well as updated matte black fixtures. Installing the vinyl plank flooring provided the final touch to pull the space together. Our clients loved the results, and we were pretty stoked at how it turned out as well.
