Hey everybody! Welcome back to another A+ Home Improvements’ project! We have been blessed with great clients to work with, and our next home owner was no different. We had already installed a new pergola and renovated a full bathroom for them, but this time they desired to refresh a half bath. Home renovations do not need to be large and extravagant to make a big difference. We stopped out to look at the project and get a game plan together with the home owner. The client made things easy by already knowing exactly what they wanted to have installed. We needed to replace the flooring, vanity, toilet and fixtures to bring this bathroom up to snuff. Let’s take a look at what we started with:
Absolutely nothing wrong with the existing space, but definitely a dated look. Our client didn’t want to do anything splashy, but hated the blah look of the bathroom. We installed the new vanity and fixtures, and paired it with the perfect water proof vinyl plank flooring. The new look provided exactly what the client hoped for.
