Welcome back to another A+ Home Improvements’ project! Our next project centers around a simple bath renovation. For this project, the client wanted to update the space without really changing anything in the layout. The basic need revolved around updating the extremely dated fixtures. Our client desired to keep a tub, but definitely wanted to get rid of the blue. We ripped everything out and got ready to put it back together. Took a look at what we started with:
In the past, someone sloppily threw beadboard over the walls and ignored general maintenance for the tub enclosure. Our client liked the built in shelf cabinet, so we simply replaced the trim and painted it. For the tub enclosure, our client opted to install a Flexstone surround. Flexstone provides an easy to clean surface with an elegant look. To finish it off, we installed luxury vinyl plank flooring along with new fixtures to bring the bathroom back to life. Take a look:
Every bathroom renovation presents different options. The selections made by our client allowed them to complete the renovation within budget, but also with a beautiful finish.
