Small bathroom changes often create big results! Recognize the dated, solid-surface material around the roman tub? This extremely common look shows the age of the bathroom. While there was nothing wrong with the tub, our client wanted to add their own personal touch. They also wanted to get rid of the wood look for the vanity and update the fixtures while the project was under way.
Where there was once a single light bar now boasts the more contemporary look of 2 light bars with 2 individual mirrors. This gives the appearance of a true “his and her” bathroom setting. Changing the vanity top along with the faucets updated the sink. Our client desired to have the tub appear to be built in, or furniture-like. We replaced solid material with cabinet grade plywood and install wainscot panels to deliver the desired look. Once the enclosure and the cabinets were painted, it gave the bathroom an entirely different look. The last touch included changing the old plastic tub handles over to chrome levers to match the other fixtures in the bathroom.
