Hello, and welcome back to another A+ Home Improvements’ project! We continue to push through the winter weather just like everyone else in our community. This week, we want to look forward to warm projects by highlighting a refurbished deck. When we met with this homeowner, it soon became apparent that the deck needed some love. After closer inspection, however, we happily informed them that the structure remained in pretty good shape. We came up with a plan to replace the floor boards and install new railings, which perfectly suited our client. Take a look at what we started with:
After years of abuse, the deck had finally begun to show its age. Our client decided to delete the benches since they were unused. To accommodate the repairs, we also had to replace the posts supporting the porch roof. After a couple of days of working in the warm sun, the deck was ready to welcome the homeowners back onto it.
