Clients keep lining up projects, and we at A+ Home Improvements keep knocking them down! While we love working with new clients, we absolutely enjoy repeat customers. Our next homeowner wanted to tackle a bathroom renovation. We previously completed several projects for them, including their kitchen. Their existing bathroom didn’t need to have the layout changed, but everything definitely needed to be updated. Instead of a tub enclosure, our clients desired an accessible shower enclosure that better fit their everyday life. Additionally, they wanted to update the fixtures and flooring. Take a look at what we started with:
While fully functional, you can see why they wanted to update the space. For the shower, we installed an easily accessible shower pan with a beautiful Flexstone surround. Flexstone panels provide a higher end look without the maintenance of tile. They decided to keep the newer vanity as is, but updated the old medicine cabinet. Instead of a traditional light bar, our client opted for integrated LED mirrors that definitely provided an upscale look for the bathroom. For the flooring, we installed a luxury vinyl tile that provided a water proof, elegant flooring surface. Once we finished installing the other fixtures, the bathroom was ready to be put to use.
