A+ Home Improvements is back at it again! Our next home owner’s project actually consisted of two separate bathroom spaces. In our next post, we will go over the tub replacement in the guest bathroom. First up, however, was a half bath renovation. As you will see in the pictures below, our client’s existing half bathroom was dated and definitely needed to be freshened up. We removed the old, thick tile wainscot and flooring, along with all of the fixtures in the bathroom. Our client still desired to install a wainscoting, but with a modern look. We demoed the existing space and prepped for the project to commence. Let’s look at the existing space:
Look familiar? Many homes in our area sport a dated bathroom similar to this. To start, we installed a beadboard style wainscoting paired with craftsman style mouldings. For the floor, our client opted for a vibrant patterned tile that added some serious pop! Once we installed the pedestal sink and other fixtures, the bathroom took on a whole new look of its own.
Our crew knocked this project out of the park! Better yet, our clients loved the results, which makes all the difference.
