Welcome back to another A+ Home Improvements’ project!! We love all of the projects that we tackle, but sometimes one comes along that transforms the whole look of a space. Our next client wanted to upgrade to a luxurious master bathroom, and tabbed us to tackle the project! We had previously renovated an office for them, among other projects. This time around, we implemented a myriad of different design features to knock this one out of the park. What really helped was the fact that the home owner already had a good idea of what they were looking for. From colors and designs, they made it effortless to design a concept that would hit the mark. Let’s take a look at the results, then walk you through some of the features:

If the pictures don’t already say enough, let us walk you through the concept. The existing bathroom consisted of an dated, large soaking tub. The toilet location used to be situated where the new shower enclosure now exists. Our clients desired a huge shower, and the new space delivered! The shower faucet consisted of a manifold controlled by an electronic switch system, offering a unique and elegant way to control the different shower water sources. To create some privacy, we framed a new toilet room to close of the space from the rest of the bathroom. The home owner also wanted a clean toilet area, so we installed a carrier mount and wall mounted the toilet.

For the vanity, we likewise wall mounted the unit and installed motioned controlled under vanity lighting. This allowed our client to enter the area at night with a light ambient glow as opposed to a sleep-wrecking bright light. The addition of integrated led mirrors and lighting provided plenty of light for the new bathroom. We utilized the area in front of the large window to position an elegant free standing tub and tub filler. The final touch consisted of a the tiled floor. We installed electric floor heat with a touch screen programmable thermostat. This bathroom contained it all!
